    Dear freinds,

    I will never be enought thankfull for all support you bring us! Once again we need your suggestion to improve our services.

    I simply want to improve the order process, to make it smooth and easy to order our products. Here is some plan of our development that I would like to share with you all. ( competition is welcome to look as always we show open books...)

    1. Enhance our Resseler Network.

    Plan is to have more resselers offering all our products so end user can easily get local supply of GPGProducts

    2. Improve our online sale supports

    a. GSMSP.com

    We are daily working on GSMSP.com to improve the online shopping in case of I am not online or any of our sales contact. We have made a FAST SHOPPING Module. You can see all step by step tutorial here :

    GSMSP.com is still upgrading now and solving all bugs this is why it is still in BETA version

    We are now processing all order from GSMSP. The orders you forward us will also be added online to follow the process of the order and make sure there won't be any confusion about your order. Once you have placed your order with us simply ask us your Order number

    b. Give More training to our Sales

    I am online 16h/ day 6 days a week to try to give thebest support I can. I know it is sometimes slow to get instant answer but I hope you will undersatand that I am getting a lot of messages at once, more over I still have to manage the company, Bring out the new ideas and the new products but be sure I really do the best I can to reply fast and support you as you should be.

    I don't want to have some agressive sales contact and ask my staff to contact each single persone and force them to buy. You have our contacts do not hesitate if we can help
