Operating the Data Reader
Installation
1. Make sure you have “Microsoft .net Framework” on your PC, you can download it from here : http://www.4shared.com/file/116295536/df6786a2/dotnetfx.html
2. Make sure you have Blackberry Drivers and desktop management software installed on your PC, you can download it here: http://www.4shared.com/file/116296842/8d26e8c1/bb_usb_drivers.html
3. Download and install the Berry data Reader from here: http://www.4shared.com/file/116297335/e8ea6321/bb_logger.html
4. Run the shortcut START > PROGRAM FILES > BLACKBERRY PHONE INFO READER > RUN > RUN ONCE AFTER INSTALLATION
5. Make sure you have completed the last step (very important)
6. Run the reader from the desktop short cut.
7. Once the reader is running, connect the phone to your USB cable
8. Copy and paste the generated information and send it to me in private, preferably via email, don't forget your ticket number and username.
