error-pkey dongle not detected please insert activated dongle

100% solved by me solution here,

ok thanks goes to starvirus2 for direction for the solution
1:download this winscard.dll wich is from windows a english win xp sp3 without modification
2.put your computer in safe mode {turn on holding f8}
3.fined the winscard.dll in the path c:\windows\system32\ and change name of it {otherwise you cant delete it }then delete this file and put the file that i upload here
turn off computer and on again and problem solved
i make this solution as reserch
do it on your own risk
