قم بعملية حذف الملف بإسم vendor.xml الموجود ب:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

اشبك أو أوصل تلفونك على كمبيوترك عن طريق وصلة ال usb
(بالعادة تظهر لك رسالة على تلفونك، اختار yes)


1. افتح الدسك توب مانجر واختار backup and restore

2. اضغط backup

3. خزن الملف على سطح المكتب


**ملاحظه: عملية ال backup غير مهمه إلا إذا حدث خلل خلال التحديث

الآن هي عملية التحديث


1. اضغط على loader.exe الموجود في نفس ملف vendor.xml

2. اضغط next



3. هذه الخطوة مهمه جدا
(تأكد أن اللغة العربية موجودة وقم باختيارها، اذا لم تكن مختاره من قبل) و (فم بحذف اللغات و الرامج الغير مهمه)

4. عملية ال backup، إختار كما موضح بالصورة، ثم next

5. بالضغط على زر finish، سوف تبدأ عملية التحديث على جهازك

6. عملية التحديث (تأخذ من 20 الي 45 دقيقة على حسب كمية الملفات المخزنة عندك)
