The girl in the picture is Katie Kirkpatrick, she is 21 . Next to her, her fiancé, Nick, 23.
The picture was taken shortly before their ding ceremony, held on January 11, 2005 in the US .
Katie has terminal cancer and spend hours a day receiving medication.
In the picture, Nick is waiting for her on one of the many sessions of quimo to end.
الفتاة في الصورة هي كايتيكيركباتريك, وعمرها 21 عاما.. بجانبها خطيبها نيك ذو الـ23 سنة.. اخذت هذه الصورةفي زمن قصير قبل حفل زفافهما الذي اقيم في الحادي عشر من يناير عام 2005 فيامريكا.. كايتي لديها سرطان مزمن وتخضع لساعات يوميا من العلاج وفي هذه الصورة, نيكينتظرها حتى تنتهي من جلسة علاجها هذه.
In spite of all the pain, organ failures, and morphine shots, Katie is going along with her ding and took care
of every detail. The dress had to be adjusted a few times due to her constant weight loss
على الرغم من كل الآلام وفشل بعض اعضائها وجرعاتالمورفين, كايتي تصر على ان يستمر زفاافها وكأن شيئا لم يحدث, وهي تهتم بكلالتفاصيل.. كان من الازم تغيير الفستان عدة مرات نتيجة لفقدانها الكثير من وزنهابشكل مستمر
An unusual accessory at the party was the oxygen tube that ketie used throughout the ceremony and reception as well.
The other couple in the picture are Nick's parents. Excited to see her son marrying his high school sweetheart.
استخدم في الزواج اداة غيرمعتادة, وهو انبوب الأكسجين الذي تحتاج كايتي لاستخدامه خلال مراسم الحفلوالاستقبال.. في ايمن الصورة والدا "نك" وهما متحمسان ومبتهجان لرؤيتهما ابنهمايتزوج اخيرا من حبيبته ايام الثانوية

At the reception, katie had to take a few rests.The pain do not let her to be standing up for long periods
في الاستقبال, تحتاج كايتيان تأخذ قسطا من الرااحة.. الألم لا يدعها تبقى واقفة لفترات طويلة منالزمن
Katie died five days after her ding day. Watching a women so ill and weak getting married and with a smile on her face makes us think..... Happiness is reachable, no matter how long it last. We should stop making our lives complicated.
توفت كايتي بعد 5 ايام من يومزواجها....
عند النظر إلى نساء في حالة مرض وضعفيتزوجون والابتسامة تملأ وجوههن يجعلنا نفكر.... أن السعاادة يمكن الوصول اليها, مهما طاال الطريق.. ومن الواجب علينا ان لا نجعل حيااتنا معقدة بأنفسنا

تذكر أن الحياة ربما لا تكونالحفلة التي تتوقعها ان تكون
