Your phone is still in the wrong language so you'll have to either USPL or HardSPL but BEFORE you do that, is your phone's SPL/IPL 4.0 or higher? (Check by holding the camera button down and pressing the soft reset button.) If not, DO NOT USE USPL or HardSPL. Use the Goldcard method.
