So the download area has been improved last days to increase download speed and now files are hosted on different servers to prevent server crash or too much busy.
You must use MAINTAINANCE software and select the option OPEN IN EXTERNAL BROWSER ONLY. If you open in internal browser inside maintainaince software the download wont work
