s4 i9505 dear no power done

today i got s4 with dead short mode
1. changed power ic short clear but phone not power on still
take power on power supply 15 and then 0..
so i was think maybe power not ok then changed other one power ic but still same problem
2 changed upp and problem solved here is the pictures..
