Here are important fix for Toshiba eMMC, causing wrong ROM2/ROM3 writing operations.

Fixed writing for following toshiba chips:
MMC16G,MMC32G,400073 generally found in J700h/J700DS
Added Verify Options. Now every operation write-erase can be verified.
it will slowdown box but help to solve problems with semi-dead eMMC chips.
