حسب علمي اخي لهدا الخطا فان المشكلة بتكون في الفرموير او كابل الاسبي جرب على كمبيوتر تاني و على اخر اصدار للايتونز و قم بتحميل الفرموير بالايتونز و احنا معاك انشا الله
