2. unpack backup.tar in to same folder: there are 2files mdm1m9kefs1.bin, mdm1m9kefs2.bin.
3. run: _restore_nv.bat mdm1m9kefs1.bin mdm1m9kefs1
4. run: _restore_nv.bat mdm1m9kefs2.bin mdm1m9kefs2

restart phone, you will have phone in original locked state with imei.
