Some firmware versions of Qcom Hexagon phones are not supported yet!
Due to the fact that firmware version on the device can be upgraded automatically or by the user,
we can't provide you with the simple criterion for understanding if your phone’s firmware is supported or not.

Thus, you can easily determine yourself if Qcom Hexagon device firmware is supported
by Sigma and make a decision about purchasing Pack 2.
Please complete the following step:
♦ Even without activated Pack2 follow the instructions and start the “Get unlock codes” procedure

After the check has been completed and program says:
“Verifying ... You should activate required PACK to work with this model” –
this message means that your phone’s firmware version is supported by our solution.

Sigma Pack 1 Update

The following features have been released for Huawei Hi-Silicon based devices:

1. Repair Security Area
   
   • This feature will automatically fix phones that have “default IMEI 004999010640000” issue. Sigma will automatically fix corrupted security area during the Repair IMEI procedure.
   
   
2. Backup and Restore calibration data
   
   • This features will allow to fix “Software IMEI: Not found” issues. Just Backup NV file from a working set and restore it into the corrupted one. Then Repair phone’s original IMEI.

These features are supported for the following Huawei devices:

Sigma Pack 2 Update:

The following unique solutions have been released for Motorola Qcom Hexagon smartphones:

1. Full support for MotoX smartphones, including devices with Android 4.4.4.
   
   • Servicing of MotoX with Android 4.4.4 requires rooting (unlike devices with lower Android versions).
   • Here you’ll find out which versions of Android can be serviced without rooting.
   
   
2. Unlock Motorola bootloader
   This procedure can be performed in the following Motorola devices: Motorola Atrix 3 HD, Atrix HD LTE, DROID MINI, DROID RAZR M 4G LTE, DROID ULTRA, DROID ULTRA MAXX, MB886, Moto X, Photon Q 4G LTE, RAZR HD, RAZR M, RAZR MAXX HD, Softbank 201M, XT1030, XT1052, XT1053, XT1055, XT1056, XT1058, XT1060, XT1080, XT1080M, XT897, XT902, XT905, XT907, XT925, XT926.
   
   • Important: this one-click solution works with devices running on Android version lower than 4.4.4.
   • Devices with non-unlockable bootloader (not supported by the phone manufacturer’s Bootloader Unlock program) now can have their boot unlocked: the solution grants access to rooting, servicing, installing custom firmware and other operations.
   • The operation is irreversible, and therefore the bootloader will remain unlocked forever.

3. We have reorganized and simplified Direct unlock / Read unlock codes / Repair IMEIprocedures for XT907/925/926 with Android 4.4.2. Just root the phone, and it's ready to be serviced.
4. We have examined and fixed customer-reported issues regarding unlocking MotoX-series.
5. We have added the possibility to root your device via CWM or TWRP. In order to root the smartphone, boot it into the recovery mode and root it using “Autodetect” method.

1. We have added Unlock and IMEI Repair features for:
   
   • ZTE Open C
   • ZTE Z730 (Concord II) - added in a test mode. How to: for this rooted phone you have to dial*983*87274# and select "ADB+Diag". Once this is done, you can proceed to servicing procedure following the instructions in the manual.
   • Use this manual and share your feedbacks on servicing these models.
   
   
2. ZTE Blade Vec 4G LTE-A / Soshphone 4G / Orange Rono / Turkcell T50 have been confirmed to be supported.
3. We have added Repair Security Area feature for Huawei Ascend G520.
