Note: If you already have an iOS 7/7.0.2 IPSW file in your computer then Command + Alt (Mac), Control + Shift (Windows) on the “Restore Button”. It will open a box, simply locate your IPSW file and click OK.
STEP 6: The process should be completed and your device will turn on. Click on the back up you might have saved on the computer or on iCloud. It will restore to your previous setting and that too on iOS 7.

حل هذه المشكلة ليس قطعيا بل محاولات

ما يجب القيام به:
1-:حذف الايتونز من الكمبيوتر نهائيا راجع هذا الربط حيث لايقتصر الحذف على مجرد إزالة البرنامج بالشكل التقليدى بل يتعين عليك حذفه من جزوره وهو ما تم توضيحه فى الرابط السابق ثم تحميل أحدث إصدار من الموقع الرسمى Apple – iTunes – Download iTunes Now ثم بتنصيب النسخة الجديدة من الايتونز على الكمبيوتر وصل الايفون ثم من خلال الايتونز يمكنك الترقية “check for update” للتخلص من الخطأ ظ،ظ¦ظ¦ظ© .

2-:إدخال الجهاز وضع DFU وذالك عن طريق غلق الجهاز ثم الضغط على زر الهوم + زر البور فى نفس الوقت لمدة ظ،ظ* ثوانى مع توصيل الايفون بالكمبويتر وتشغيل الايتونز ثم رفع اليد من على زر البور فقط مع الإستمرار فى الضغط على الهوم سوف تلاحظ صدور صوت من الأيتونز بالتعرف على الايفون مع إمكانية عمل ريستور restore ( يترتب على الريستور حذف كل شىء على الايفون )
