* فعل USB debugging
* اذهب الى Settings > Power > uncheck Fast boot
* Uninstall HTC Sync
* Settings > Security > Screen lock > select None
* اغلق برنامج antivirus
* افتح soju.exe سوف يستغرف الكثير من الوقت
