برنامج نوكيا كير يعطى خطأ عند التحميل

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

بعد تسطيب البرنامج Nokia_Care_Suite_5.0_2013.38.3.2_Full وحتى مع ويندوز جديد يعطى خطأ غريب عند اختيار Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 حتى استطيع تحميل الفلاشه من خلاله
وهذه هى صيغة الخطأ
