Download & Install VolcanoBox 1.5.9 go to C:\Program Files\Volcano Team\VolcanoBox\********s & Help\PDF Manual and find "How to unlock HTC Phones with VolcanoBox.PDF" and read it


Unlocking Procedure
1- Make sure you have ActiveSync installed on your computer.
2- Click on SDA Application unlock & perform it.
3- After SDA Application unlock Select Correct phone model.
4- Connect USB cable to the phone.
5- wait until connect to ActiveSync is established.
6- Press Calculate.
7- Check and follow instrustions on your htc phone's display.
8- Confirm if any requested on screen.
9- wait few seconds for your code to appear.
