this error mainly occures when the required LOADER for
the flash chip fails to load , means failing to recognise flash id and details.
by the flashing interface.
use modified bb5 7pin cable and try
if the error continues try to check core volteage to the APE flash
in may be missing this is most common in N73
Vcore to flash is fed to a regulator circuit
You have to check hardware
