Some important info:
Infineon 213

* MCU+PPM flashing doesn't kill user data
* For dead (full state) - flashing, if device is not recognized (unknow device in Windows) - need reinsert battery, when cable inserted
* For dead-to-test need select Dead-to-test (In FlashSettings tab)
* Flashing tested on C1-01 and C1-02 (RM-607, RM-643)
* Cross-Flashing from models - Kill Imei and Locks. Reflash back fix it
