Itunes cant read Iphone?

- the logo is always on the screen .
and when i conect tellsm tat itunes cant read the iphone ; put it but cant tap..
what should i do?
I've connected my computer and Itunes doesn't find the iphone

انت لازم فى البداية تطقى التليفون خالص وبعدها تدخل الجهاز على وضع الريكافرى
وبعدها هيقرأ على الكمبيوتر
وبعدها اديلو فلاشة 3.1.3 وبعدها جلبريك وسيديا وانلوك
ان شاء الله يبقى تمام
