don t use Itunes for update or restore if your Iphone in Emergency but jailbreack the iphone with this methode:
after download two files :
1-redsn0w-win_0.9beta3
2-iPhone1,2_3.1.2_7D11_Restore.ipsw
jailbreak your iphone , after unlock with WIFI (cydia)..
