connect your HTC device, and windows will promt for drivers


let drivers instalation finish and wait for HTC device to be connected with your PC.

start JAF_customer_care080.exe and go to HTC tab.

if your user is not activated to use this addon, you will get this screen:

in this case, you have to contact your reseller or to buy directly from our company. click on the button which is more conveniant for you.

if is activated, follow the instructions.

select the desired phone model:


wait until the HTC loader is sent to phone and the connection with the server is established:


after few seconds, the code will be dispalyed, and you can enter it on the device.
